AASAN IMPACT

Whom we serve

On the heels of a global pandemic and automation disruption, the primary focus of most companies is on the day-to-day challenges of running a business, winning work, and delivering contracts. Aasan Impact facilitates the balance of meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

As such, we work to serve organizations committed to enhancing their sustainability efforts for increased impact and commercial gain. As fractional CSOs, we partner with organizations seeking immersive sustainability transformation. Balancing urgent priorities with business growth strategies, we work alongside your executive leadership team to offer sustainability insights and expertise.

Working to meet the 2030 UN SDG Agenda is an opportunity for businesses to compete as global contributors to the world’s challenges. Aasan Impact works in service of organizations committed to realizing the social conscience of enterprise. We believe this time offers a unique opportunity to shape a new social contract with businesses serving societal needs through market-based solutions. Being a conscious business is a lucrative proposition. Herein lies an opportunity to increase economic prosperity by improving the quality of human life through responsible stewardship.

We partner with purpose-driven businesses to serve the health of the social and environmental systems on which we all depend.

Why Climate Action? What’s the urgency?

It is safe to say that climate change is a reality. The last 18 to 20 years have been the hottest on record. 2020 was the hottest year on record despite Covid-19 lockdowns.

Without additional commitments to decarbonization, the planet is on track for 3.2 degrees of warming. This is also linked to an increased likelihood of pandemics, extreme weather events, droughts, flooding and widespread destabilization of global food, economic and security systems. Emissions need to be reduced by 50% to get to 1.5 degrees by 2030 to get this under control. Left unchecked, global warming will undo gains made to the UN SDGs including poverty alleviation, hunger, good health and well-being. It will undo economic recovery.

Now is the time to take action.
